Abstract
The second issue of the International Journal of Neurology (Volume 1, Number 2, 1960) was dedicated to brain vascular diseases. It presented editorials in Spanish and English, followed by articles addressing ischemic accidents in atherosclerosis, major vascular syndromes of the brain stem, and primary intracerebral hemorrhage. The issue also included studies on intracranial aneurysms, the role of EEG in cerebral ischemia, and surgical approaches to supratentorial aneurysms and occlusive disease of extracranial vessels supplying the brain. In addition, it featured research on the rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients, along with sections on personality, book reviews, and news.
